Co-ferment of 80% Grenache | 20% Syrah - Rolph Vineyard
If you liked the Tryst from 2012, you'll dig this one as the fruit comes
from the same vineyard, located in Adelaide. Being Grenache heavy it
has those great typical notes of spice and earthiness and a little smoke
from the Syrah. Overall it has a light and soft flavor profile but the
Syrah gives it some nice body to it. Good with a decant.
