57% Grenache | 43% Zinfandel

This year we did two different colors/designs for the Kandy Red, (pink and blue) a nod to our family growing last year. :) Same wine just different colors/designs.

This wine is very approachable, it's light and soft. It has good spice from the Grenache which is the stand out grape in this blend even though it's almost equal parts. The Zinfandel adds some soft fruit but not jammy.

This 100% Syrah was fermented with 50% whole clusters, and then aged in new 300L French oak for almost 36 months. It took a lot of patience, but we are really happy with the results. Fruit from the Caliza vineyard is always incredible.
